We do this by working with them at the initial stages of the design phase (or development phase, for clients with their own designer) to establish expectations and needs. We turn this discussion into a "first draft" that provides a strong foundation for further discussion. Each client's opinion and direction are an important part of the Web development process as we collaboratively implement and test the features that best meet his or her needs.
